We currently run two Skills Workgroups.  One on Wednesdays from 11:30AM to 1:00PM.  The other is Tuesdays  from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  Both groups have the same repeating structure as shown below.

You may join a group every fourth class at a Mindfulness, but not the other three. You must commit to 12 classes so that you will have an introduction to each of the skills.  After that we encourage you to continue with the group.  Twelve classes will not be enough to have you integrate these skills into your life.
